QUALITY HIGHLAND BEEF FROM FOURMERK FARM

 

Our Highland beef is from naturally reared, grass fed, pedigreed Highland Cattle from our Fourmerk Fold. They are finished on the farm to high standards of care. Our steers are slaughtered locally which reduces the stress on the cattle; the meat is hung for three weeks to ensure its tenderness; and it is prepared and vacuum packed by an excellent local butcher. Highland Beef is low in cholesterol, tender and full of flavour. There is no minimum order.  All weights quoted are approximate, as they depend on the weight of the carcase. Special rates for bulk orders, vacuum packed, and packed in similar weights to individual cuts.
